• Develop and execute growth strategies for all Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your assigned geography inclusive of both current customer growth as well as new customer acquisition. • Represent the company in all dealings with key customers in an effort to gain market share that will ultimately lead to achieving annual sales growth goals for the business. • Leverage experience, prior relationships, and people skills to successfully develop productive relationships with all customers in your assigned territory. • Achieve the assigned sales goals and KPI’s as assigned for your territory. • Maintain good record keeping of customer information as well as status within the sales funnel to ensure healthy opportunities for continued growth.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the medical and dental industry. • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Medical sales background. • Highly Self-Motivated, competitive, results driven professional. • Ability to build and maintain key professional relationships with customers. • Ability to gain trust quickly with strategic customers and quickly advance sales process. • Ability to forge strong business relationships externally, as well as internally. • Excellent presentation and communication skills required. • Ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach to the work. • Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Office/work from home environment with daily travel to customer dental offices within the assigned geographic territory. • Attend and work approximately 8-10 dental study club meetings, surgical courses, state, regional or national trade shows per year.
