📋 Description
• Triage and own technical support tickets from enterprise customers • Investigate incidents methodically • Write clear internal notes and handover documentation • Attempt repros of customer issues • Escalate to engineering when warranted • Contribute to the team's shared knowledge base • Be a calm, professional voice for customers
🎯 Requirements
• Technical background in any discipline (software, systems, automotive, aerospace, networking, electronics) • Familiarity with Linux tools (find and grep) • Note-taking skills for gaining context • Experience with relational databases (writing queries) • Experience on a support team for a large software product (optional)
