📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ target audiences and develop an in-depth understanding as the foundation for creative concepts • Monitor trends and independently analyze the use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Develop storylines and user-focused argumentation frameworks • Create creative concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, display, and YouTube ads • Design psychologically informed customer journeys that engage users effectively and guide them toward conversion • Optimize the customer experience together with the Creative and Performance teams • Combine data-driven performance marketing with sales psychology • Write highly targeted advertising copy for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience developing creative social media campaigns • Ideally, experience as an Art Director or Creative Strategist • Genuine growth mindset • Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter • Ability to empathize with different target audiences and write compelling advertising copy • Excellent German language skills • Good English language skills • German and English at a minimum C1 level • Based anywhere in the DACH region through to Dubai • Availability: Able to start as soon as possible • No extended periods of leave planned
