🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and recruitment • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, platforms, and CRM systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
