📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent technical programs across Product Development and key partner functions • Ensure end-to-end delivery against milestones, outcomes, and quality standards • Drive OKR delivery with KR owners and reporters • Develop program narratives and connect supporting programs into a cohesive strategy • Identify cross-functional dependencies and friction points early • Design execution plans that account for end-to-end impacts and reduce delivery risk • Establish program governance, decision-making forums, operating rhythms, and escalation paths • Keep senior leaders informed with clear asks, options, tradeoffs, and decision-ready updates • Manage scope, critical path, risks, and change control • Facilitate alignment and decision-making in complex and ambiguous situations • Synthesize fragmented information into clear business-impact communications • Mentor TPM/PgM peers and partners on planning, execution standards, stakeholder management, and program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience at a software company driving programs within an Engineering organization • Delivered at least three large-scale product or software releases • Strong understanding of translating goals and strategy into executable plans • Experience supporting teams that design and build tools for other developers • Familiarity with Technical Program Management tools and agile methodologies, including Jira, Confluence, and Kanban • Experience identifying and calculating inherent risks, determining their impact, and developing appropriate mitigation plans • Strong, demonstrable facilitation skills • Ability to build bridges between teams across multiple locations and drive decisions • Experience working across multiple global programs simultaneously
