📋 Description

• Writes requirements for minor software development items • Performs testing in accordance with Company guidelines • Analyzes programming changes and/or system enhancements • Develops system changes using RPGLE and SQL • Provides onsite infrastructure support • Tests programming changes due to bug fixes, enhancements, development, and version upgrades • Collaborates with programmers to drive quality output • Writes requirements for software changes; coordinates changes with vendors and clients • Designs, generates, and evaluate reports, queries, data, and procedures • Provides technical support, training, and problem resolution to end users

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Two years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a third party administrator environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications • Basic understanding of business practices • Understanding of database systems • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills
