📋 Description

• Define and lead a multi-year product vision for Directed Workflows as an AI-first service system • Define the sales and service process encoded by the system with Sales and Business Operations • Design the AI harness, including context engineering, tool design, memory, orchestration, and guardrails • Determine where AI agents should reason, deterministic systems should execute, and human intervention is required • Own evaluation infrastructure that scores AI agent output against the intended process • Learn from operator feedback in production and run experiments to evaluate outcomes • Sequence high-leverage pilots into a scalable platform • Retire or redesign initiatives that do not improve metrics and expand successful patterns • Influence customer, real estate agent, and home finance operator experiences across Zillow • Represent strategy, risks, and trade-offs with senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex systems spanning multiple teams and customer or operator journeys • Demonstrated experience shipping agentic or decisioning products as a closed loop • Experience designing AI harnesses and eval infrastructure that prove and improve outcomes • Experience shaping sales or service strategy with business leaders • Strong analytical ability using data, experimentation, and model/product evaluation • Track record of influencing senior Engineering, AI, Operations, and business stakeholders • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Mortgage or lending experience is nice to have • Familiarity with workflow platforms, operator surfaces, or capacity-aware routing is nice to have
