📋 Description

• Define and drive strategy, scope, and success measures for complex, multi-workstream programs • Establish and lead program governance, decision forums, risk and issue management, and change control • Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and partner teams • Anticipate and resolve cross-team risks, constraints, and escalations using structured analysis and scenario planning • Build executive-ready communications, status reports, and visualizations • Standardize program management practices, tools, and templates • Coach program and project managers in best practices • Evaluate program outcomes and identify optimization opportunities to inform strategy, backlog, and investment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs in a technology, product, or operations environment • Experience defining a path forward without waiting for structure to be provided • Experience owning end-to-end delivery for multi-stakeholder initiatives, including roadmap integration, dependency management, and benefits realization • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and diverse functional teams • Experience implementing or improving program management practices, governance models, portfolio reporting, or standardized tooling • Ability to pull and interpret data to pressure-test recommendations and drive decisions
