• Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System • Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of new implanting centers • Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration • Work closely with the Territory Managers to support the sales process • Demonstrate understanding of overnight sleep studies to inform effective patient programming during clinic visits • Train new customers on the remedē System programmer and device programming • Work in a dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule • Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities • Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties • Support the certification process for new team members as needed • Provide support for team and area clinical scheduling as needed
• Bachelor's Degree required (technical or clinical field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years in a clinical support role within medical device • Cardiac rhythm management experience strongly preferred • Experience supporting implantable device procedures in OR, cath lab, or EP lab environments will be considered • IBHRE certification a plus
