📋 Description

• Provide vision and leadership for ZOLL's Patient Charting software product line • Serve as a product strategy SME and drive and implement the product portfolio roadmap • Build customer relationships to inform the product roadmap and communicate product vision • Set product direction to achieve revenue and profitability targets • Collaborate across engineering, site reliability, marketing, finance, support, implementation, and device organizations • Bring revenue-generating, customer-driven software products to market • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution • Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights • Specify market requirements through market research and ongoing customer and non-customer visits • Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data • Lead, create, and launch product offerings with sales, marketing, and engineering • Own portfolio P&L, market segmentation, pricing strategy, competitive landscape, and product positioning • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan • Directly oversee a team of product managers and product owners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in R&D within a software technology organization required • 3+ years of experience leading high performing teams required • Experience delivering solutions in Digital Health and Healthcare IT space preferred • Experience setting pricing strategy preferred • Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile and waterfall methodologies and DevOps mindset • Understanding of EMS Software market and broader clinical charting markets • Business case development and financial acumen • Product positioning • Demonstrated success translating customer problems into solutions • Strong technical acumen and analytical skills • Deep understanding of cloud-based delivery model • Excellent speaking and presentation skills • Ability to influence others across all functional disciplines • Ability to travel up to 25% • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering subject preferred
