• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT professionals to fill various positions • Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements • Leverage various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends • Ability to effectively source and attract top IT talent using various channels • Experience conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
