📋 Description

• Architect repeatable security engines that include: • Enterprise-grade information security strategy aligned with business objectives • Risk-based security governance frameworks • Security-by-design integration into product and engineering workflows • Threat modelling and risk assessment structures • Security control design and maturity roadmaps • Incident response frameworks and breach escalation protocols • Vendor and third-party risk management programs • Security certification readiness structures including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 • Alignment with EU regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and DORA where applicable • Security performance dashboards and board-level reporting models • Executive communication frameworks translating technical risk into business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership roles • Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments • Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks • Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and enterprise customer security requirements • Ability to operate at executive and board level • Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment • An execution mindset
