📋 Description

• Identify companies with a need for freelance, fractional or project-based professionals • Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition • Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs • Spot opportunities in areas such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare and technology • Convert opportunities into concrete freelance assignments • Work with the 10x.team network to make successful client–freelancer matches • Help grow our client base across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions • A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors or fractional professionals • The ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities • A commercial, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus • Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership
