📋 Description

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as contract negotiation, regulatory interpretation, risk analysis, and in-house counsel strategy • Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, realistic application, and practical business alignment • Draft realistic legal scenarios and case studies based on your direct experience • Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives (e.g. GC, in-house legal counsel, executive, regulator) • Spot gaps, flawed logic, or weak legal analysis in AI-generated outputs

🎯 Requirements

• A senior-level General Counsel, in-house legal counsel, or equivalent experienced legal professional • Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK • Several years of hands-on experience in addressing complex legal matters within organizations (e.g. contract law, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation) • Strong ability to evaluate legal reasoning and distinguish between theory and practical, actionable solutions • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability
