📋 Description

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to operational excellence, business process improvement, change management, and practical aspects of operations work • Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements • Draft realistic operational scenarios based on your direct professional experience • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. operations consultant, client, team leader, process owner) • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content

🎯 Requirements

• A senior-level operations expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives • Skilled at evaluating workflows, technical requirements, and compliance • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
