📋 Description
• Be the primary agent for servicing all subscription-based customers • Answer, screen, and follow up with incoming calls, emails, and live chats • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner • Work with existing database of customers and new customers • Drive administrative systems and technology • Support other team members as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Must possess positive and flexible attitude • Have strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability and preference to work independently with minimum supervision • Be comfortable with and/or learning various applications and systems • Capable of working on multiple tasks with various deadlines simultaneously • Previous customer service, outbound sales and/or call center experience is considered an asset • Capable to work on a graveyard shift.
