📋 Description

• Support the executive team in day-to-day operational and strategic activities • Independently drive forward-looking management decisions • Lead cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives, including new partnerships and process scaling • Ensure smooth communication between Management, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product, and external stakeholders • Monitor relevant performance KPIs • Prepare transparent reports to track company objectives • Ensure streamlined approval processes • Develop well-founded decision briefs • Support strategic HR and organizational projects

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable field • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or a comparable Chief of Staff or Operations role in a scale-up environment • Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority (influence leadership) • Strong commercial and strategic thinking • High empathy, assertiveness, and excellent facilitation skills • Absolute integrity and loyalty to the executive team • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills • Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills when addressing complex issues
