📋 Description

• Coordinate the heat pump integration and optimization roadmap end to end • Coordinate the Integrations Team and manage the heat pump partner network • Draft requirements for partner software and hardware solutions • Conduct root cause analyses to maintain high platform stability • Maintain an overarching view of heat pump optimization topics within the Heartbeat technology stack • Track and report workstreams and ensure alignment with other teams • Support the software delivery process for heat pump optimization solutions • Gather requirements and coordinate with local and international teams on market needs • Work directly with heat pump OEMs on their interfaces • Define, implement, evaluate, deploy, and enhance heat pump optimization solutions • Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards • Drive innovation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Support OEM partners in adapting and integrating their solutions with 1KOMMA5° systems • Ensure reliable operation for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects spanning hardware and software products • Broad knowledge of communication protocols typical for renewable energy and HVAC markets, such as Modbus and EEBUS • Experience or strong passion for building innovative energy market solutions • Experience performing root cause analyses of technical issues and heat pump integrations • Passion for maintaining a well-documented knowledge base • Ability to solve technical challenges with internal and external partners • Ability to own project execution and communicate effectively • Agile and product-oriented mindset • Team-player orientation • Very strong written and spoken English and German skills • Bonus: Experience with EEBUS and Modbus TCP hardware integration • Bonus: Experience with field installations of heat pumps • Bonus: Experience building software products specifically for heat pumps
