📋 Description

• Processing intercompany transactions • Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies • Preparing and implementing accounting eliminations for month-end and year-end closing • Ongoing coordination with affiliated companies • Collaborating and coordinating interfaces with Group Reporting • Supporting 1KOMMA5°’s mission to install renewable energy systems and smart energy management solutions and connect them to the electricity market through Heartbeat AI

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or accountant) or a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate, multi-entity, or shared services environment • Solid practical experience with intercompany transactions and closing processes • Proficiency in DATEV • Openness to and practical user experience with modern AI tools and software-supported workflows • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Business-fluent German at C-level proficiency • Willingness to travel occasionally for company-wide team events
