📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive advice on and sell energy solutions to single-family homeowners and small businesses • Sell solar PV systems, battery storage systems, heat pumps, EV charging stations and the “Heartbeat” energy management system • Use pre-qualified leads to conduct consultations and successfully close deals • Independently plan and structure appointments, both digitally and on site • Conduct efficient and comprehensive on-site customer appointments, from initial assessment through quotation preparation • Support customers from initial contact through contract signing • Communicate transparently and serve as a reliable point of contact • Handover to project coordination and technical construction management • Contribute to maximum customer satisfaction and sustainable referrals

🎯 Requirements

• Desire to take your sales career to the next level or substantial experience in B2C sales of technically complex products requiring explanation • Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach • Excellent technical understanding • Willingness to continuously develop professionally • Interest in a dynamic, future-oriented industry • Enthusiasm and conviction in your work • Very good written and spoken German • Confident communication at a professional commercial level
