📋 Description

• Build the subscription platform and customer experience behind recurring revenue • Own the customer journey from the first booking step through contract and activation • Support subscriptions including Heartbeat AI with Dynamic Pulse, PV system and battery service contracts, and heat pump maintenance contracts • Set the product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions • Grow recurring revenue • Improve conversion across the customer journey through discovery, customer insight, and A/B tests • Enable fast launches of new subscriptions, prices, promotions, and markets • Shape the subscription platform foundation with the engineering team • Partner with Payments, Energy, and CRM teams across the customer lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management, including ownership of a product with measurable business impact • Hands-on experience with subscription or recurring-revenue products, including pricing, billing, and contract lifecycle • Experience with consumer-facing digital products such as booking or checkout flows • Experience with international rollouts • Experience using AI and no-code tools to prototype and accelerate daily product-management work • Data-driven approach, tying roadmaps to KPIs and proving impact with experiments • Fluent English and German • Ability to align stakeholders across teams and countries • Bonus: Technical depth, including discussing data models, APIs, and system boundaries with engineers • Bonus: Experience driving complex topics such as migrations • Bonus: Experience building products or platforms that let business teams launch offerings without engineering work • Bonus: Knowledge of payment systems and recurring billing • Bonus: Experience in renewable energy or a related industry
