📋 Description

• Conduct initial inspections and load-bearing capacity analyses of commercial roof areas during the project development phase • Transfer load and system specifications to the detailed design and electrical planning teams • Develop cost-effective, technically feasible structural reinforcement measures • Prepare code-compliant calculations in accordance with the Eurocodes • Coordinate external checking engineers, building authorities, and engineering firms through to obtaining the required building permits • Verify critical structural data on site for complex existing buildings before contract signing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in structural design or structural engineering • Several years of professional experience in commercial and industrial construction • Confident application of the relevant Eurocodes EC 1, EC 3, and EC 5 for hall, steel, and timber construction • Proven hands-on experience with structural analysis software such as Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB or MB AEC • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes • Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence • Business-fluent German at C1/C2 level • Class B driver’s license
