📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for all questions related to our RIB iTWO software solution • Advise our customers, particularly on configuration, usage and troubleshooting • Qualification, logging and (individualized) resolution of customer inquiries • Conduct software tests and remote maintenance • Internal knowledge transfer and documentation of solutions to contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; alternatively a comparable technical qualification or further training • Initial hands-on experience with RIB iTWO; alternatively experience with another construction software solution • Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills/enjoyment of customer contact, and IT affinity (interest in looking "behind the scenes" of software) • Independent working style while being a team player • Clear, respectful communication style and confident demeanor • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1) • Advantageous: Good English skills (B1/B2 level) • (Initial) experience in an in-house support or application support role
