📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom modules to support business operations. • Develop and deploy AI-driven virtual agents and automation workflows using ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) features. • Partner with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable technical solutions. • Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and AI services. • Optimize performance and functionality of ServiceNow applications while adhering to industry best practices. • Ensure high code quality, security, and maintainability across all development deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, customization, and integration. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow Studio, and REST/SOAP API development. • Experience with AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents, including ServiceNow Virtual Agent or Microsoft Bot Framework. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance and issue resolution. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in a global environment. • Ability to create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
