📋 Description

• Serve as the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team • Empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering the platform and methodology • Own the One-to-Many offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars • Deliver content and develop a scalable learning ecosystem for client onboarding and engagement • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client needs and friction points • Master the platform's core user experience and Collaborative Learning methodology • Host Stadium webinars and incorporate peer feedback • Update Engagement Academy content for product releases • Define quarterly priorities with a coach in relation to the Support & Services roadmap • Contribute best practices to the Confluence knowledge base • Lead improvements to the One-to-Many strategy, including webinar formats, Academy gamification, or localized content • Participate in Product discovery meetings and share client adoption insights • Analyze Academy completion rates and Stadium satisfaction scores • Build processes and maintain Confluence documentation • Onboard and mentor new Trainers • Own a recurring team pillar and develop advanced toolkits and training paths

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care • Excellent writing skills in different styles and tones • Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French • Recognized listening and teaching skills • Clear and concise written and oral communication • Proactive, results-oriented working style • Enthusiasm for the company's working environment • Past experience in the learning industry is a plus
