📋 Description

• Research and build automated trading strategies using QuantPilot across crypto (perps and spot), futures, stocks, FX, commodities, and other markets • Backtest strategies across multiple timeframes and market conditions using QuantPilot • Optimize strategy parameters, risk rules, position sizing, and entry/exit logic • Analyze live and historical performance data in QuantPilot to understand strategy performance • Stress-test strategies against drawdowns, volatility spikes, low liquidity, and black swan scenarios • Work daily with product and engineering to identify platform gaps, suggest improvements, and validate new features from a trader’s perspective

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a systematic trader • Runs automated strategies across crypto (perps and spot), futures, stocks, FX, commodities, or similar markets • Has built bots, scripts, or systematic setups across multiple markets • Can explain strategy edges, target market conditions, and breakdown conditions • Rigorous backtesting experience, including addressing overfitting, survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, and regime change • Risk management experience with position sizing, stop losses, drawdown limits, exposure caps, and correlation checks • Experience using multiple trading platforms, APIs, and execution tools • Bonus: experience trading across multiple asset classes • Bonus: experience building custom dashboards, alerting systems, execution scripts, or data pipelines
