📋 Description

• Set sales objectives for the assigned sales territory in Germany • Apply effective strategies and initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets • Identify and pursue new customer, business development, and application opportunities in the German market • Collaborate with Marketing and Application Engineering teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels of the purchasing process • Proactively engage end users to present new applications, generate leads, and support account growth • Conduct on-site customer product testing using technical equipment • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans to expand market coverage and strengthen territory penetration • Use Salesforce.com to assess, track, manage, and measure end-user potential and sales activities • Conduct product, market, and customer analyses • Prepare business updates and reports • Present products and technologies to end users • Contribute to a strong environmental, health, and safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and driving continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated sales experience in related industries or market segments • Experience working with channel partners to support distribution channel requirements • Valid driver's license • Very good proficiency in English and German • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com, as well as Microsoft Office applications • Strong business and sales acumen • Strong selling skills in both face-to-face and remote customer interactions • Technical and/or mechanical aptitude • Ability to use financial data to identify opportunities and improve sales performance • The successful candidate must be based in Germany • Willingness to travel within Germany up to 75% of the time • CV must be submitted in English
