📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, keeping items detailed and ready for development • Manage scope changes and incoming requests • Write User Stories, epics, and acceptance criteria • Apply best practices for the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done • Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Validate and formally approve deliverables from the development team • Ensure features meet business and functional requirements, reducing rework • Monitor velocity, throughput, lead time, and Burndown/Burnup reports • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team • Translate business needs into functional solutions and participate in Product Discovery • Keep product and delivery documentation up to date in Confluence and other tools • Collaborate on reviewing and validating prototypes and workflows in Figma and Miro • Support usability testing and user journey definition

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with comprehensive command of the Product Owner role, its artifacts, and ceremonies • Comprehensive command of functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and specification practices • Experience tracking and analyzing agile metrics and sprint reports • Ability to read and understand technical concepts in order to communicate with engineering teams and understand CI/CD processes and environments • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (required) • Intermediate English proficiency, with strong command and fluency • Proficiency in Jira Software and Confluence Boards, or similar tools such as Rally/VersionOne • Experience with Confluence, Google Drive, Google Docs, and diagramming tools such as Draw.io and Lucidchart • Experience using Jira Reports, Azure DevOps Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis • Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Miro, or Whimsical • Basic knowledge of GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines • Fluency in Slack, Discord, and Google Meet
