📋 Description
• Backlog Management and Prioritization: Manage the Product Backlog, ensuring items are prioritized, detailed, and ready for development, and handle scope changes and incoming requests. • Refinement and Specification: Write User Stories, epics, and acceptance criteria clearly, applying best practices for Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). • Agile Ceremonies: Lead and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, and Retrospective), ensuring full execution of the rituals. • Validation and Quality Assurance: Validate and approve development team deliveries, ensuring features meet the requested business and functional requirements and minimizing rework. • Metrics Tracking: Monitor agile metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time) and reports (Burndown/Burnup) to ensure sprint predictability and health. • Business-Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business needs into functional solutions and participating in Product Discovery. • Documentation: Keep product documentation and sprint deliverables up to date and organized in Confluence and other tools. • Design Support: Collaborate in reviewing and validating prototypes and flows (Figma, Miro), supporting usability testing and defining user journeys.
🎯 Requirements
• Agile Methodologies: Solid knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with mastery of the PO role, its artifacts, and rituals. • Requirements Engineering: Full command of practices for eliciting and specifying functional and non-functional requirements. • Metrics: Experience in monitoring and analyzing agile metrics and sprint reports. • Technical Insight: Ability to read and understand technical concepts (conceptual level) to communicate with engineering and understand CI/CD processes and environments. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (Required). • Languages: Intermediate English (working proficiency).
