📋 Description

• Produce ads for e-commerce brands such as Alpensattel, Tierliebhaber, BitterLiebe, and others • Analyze target audiences and develop high-performing ad angles based on your findings • Plan testing processes and strategies for formats, hooks, and offers • Write scripts for TikTok and Meta ads • Provide feedback on edits and collaborate with editors • Analyze results, identify successful approaches, and optimize performance • Test new trends and formats while contributing fresh ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta Ads at an agency or e-commerce brand (or exceptional talent with a killer portfolio) • Direct response copywriting skills – writing scripts that sell • Creativity and a performance-driven mindset – testing new ideas while keeping ROI in focus • Ownership and drive – working independently and continuously improving • Team spirit and a sense of humor • Resume required; portfolio optional
