📋 Description

• Conduct process and work-instruction assessments, diagnostics, and modeling from a governance perspective • Identify bottlenecks and propose TO-BE solutions focused on productivity and automation • Propose performance metrics and KPIs based on industry benchmarking • Develop process models using BPMN notation • Define and standardize organizational policies and procedures • Provide consultative support to technical leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and process transformation • Support executive decision-making through accurate diagnostics and high-impact optimization proposals • Diagnose, design, and implement organizational processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and align workflows with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • More than 4 years of solid experience in business process mapping and optimization across multiple industries • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum) • Lean or Lean Six Sigma experience/certification • CBPP® (Certified Business Process Professional) certification preferred • Proficiency with Bizagi preferred • Advanced English proficiency preferred • ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred • Knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred • Experience with Digital Transformation projects (RPA, ERP systems) and consulting preferred
