📋 Description

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions according to clients’ specific needs • Provide clients with support in resolving questions about the ServiceNow platform • Support the preparation and, in some cases, delivery of training for end users • Create and update user manuals, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures • Document code, implemented processes, and technical solutions • Participate in quality testing and ensure that solutions meet client requirements • Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements • Collaborate with the team on ServiceNow projects • Perform unit and integration testing, debug issues, and resolve incidents • Keep up to date with new ServiceNow releases and features

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Professional experience not specified • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform • Ability to implement and configure ServiceNow solutions • Ability to perform unit, integration, and quality testing • Ability to create and update technical documentation • Willingness to stay current, participate in training, and obtain relevant certifications
