⢠Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions to meet clients' specific needs. ⢠Provide support to clients in resolving questions related to the ServiceNow platform. ⢠Assist in preparing training sessions for end users on how to effectively use the ServiceNow platform. ⢠Support creation, creation and/or updating of technical documentation, including user manuals, implementation guides, standard operating procedures, etc. ⢠Properly document developed code, implemented processes, and adopted technical solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and facilitating future maintenance. ⢠Participate in quality testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet client requirements and are free of defects. ⢠Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for implementation in ServiceNow. ⢠Work closely with other team members to ensure the success of ServiceNow projects.
