📋 Description

• Support student inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and the learning platform • Manage enrollments and classes • Organize attendance lists and issue certificates • Keep spreadsheets and internal tracking systems up to date • Organize class and instructor schedules • Monitor lesson schedules and assist with student communications • Support the logistics of launching new courses and training events • Set up courses, lessons, and materials on the LMS platform • Monitor student progress • Assist with resolving basic technical issues in the learning environment • Provide logistical support to instructors before and during classes • Organize access links and learning materials • Support the collection of class feedback and performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Business Management, Technology, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and presentations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, especially LLMs • Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2) • Organized, responsible, and agile approach to work • Comfortable working with technology and providing customer support • Interest in the IT field • Previous experience with LMS platforms • Familiarity with Notion or Trello
