📋 Description

• You analyze current and future client processes and translate them into our solution offerings • You develop and own a clear project plan for your area of responsibility • You lead individual subprojects together with the client’s implementation team • You engage and excite clients through compelling presentations, workshops and demos of our ERP solution, as well as associated apps, portals and partner products • You proactively drive implementation at the client and identify potential challenges early • You regularly monitor target achievement and progress, including the necessary cross-company collaboration to ensure success and high customer satisfaction • You maintain contact with the internal 4PS organization to ensure customer expectations align with what we deliver • At the end of the project, you ensure a thorough project review within the team, discussing lessons learned and securing improvements for the next project

• You speak the language of our clients and have a deep understanding of construction industry processes • You have prior experience with ERP solutions • You possess excellent communication skills and persuasiveness • You have the ability to work with a growing product and help shape it • You enjoy tackling new challenges and mastering them • You are result-oriented and driven, but customer satisfaction is always your top priority
