📋 Description

• Learn to uncover vulnerabilities and help clients improve security through IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — both on-site and remotely • Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud • Support our clients in ensuring their operational continuity • Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests • Gain exposure to adjacent areas such as information security and third-party risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in system integration (e.g., data center administration or IT services at a systems house) or alternatively a degree in IT (e.g., (Business) Computer Science, Cyber Security Management, or similar) • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, and initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes • Drive to engage with complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a confident presence • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
