📋 Description

• You analyze customers' current and future processes and translate them into our solution offering • You develop and own a clear project plan for your area of responsibility • You lead individual subprojects together with the customer's implementation team • You engage the customer through compelling presentations, workshops, and demos of our ERP solution, as well as related apps, portals, and partner products • You proactively drive implementation at the customer and identify challenges early on • You regularly monitor target achievement and progress, also with regard to necessary company-wide collaboration • You manage contact with the internal 4PS organization • At the end of the project, you ensure a thorough closing review within the team, where lessons learned are discussed and captured for the next project

🎯 Requirements

• You speak the language of our customers and have a deep understanding of construction industry processes • You have prior experience with ERP solutions • You have excellent communication and persuasion skills • You are able to work with a growing product and help shape it • You enjoy taking on new challenges repeatedly and mastering them • You are results-oriented and determined, but customer satisfaction always comes first for you
