📋 Description

• You analyze customers' current and future processes and translate them into our solution offering • You develop and own a clear project plan for your area of responsibility • You lead individual subprojects together with the customer's implementation team • You engage and inspire customers through persuasive presentations, workshops and demos of our ERP solution and the associated apps, portals and partner products • You proactively drive implementation at the customer site and identify challenges early on • You regularly monitor goal achievement and progress, including cross-company collaboration when necessary, to ensure success and high customer satisfaction • You manage contact with the internal 4PS organization to ensure customer expectations align with our deliverables • At project close you ensure a thorough final review within the team, documenting lessons learned and securing improvements for the next project

• You speak the language of our customers and have a deep understanding of construction industry processes • You have prior experience with ERP solutions • You have excellent communication and persuasion skills • You have the ability to work with a growing product and help shape its development • You enjoy taking on new challenges and mastering them • You are result-oriented and driven, with customer satisfaction always your top priority
