📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch using an outbound-first approach • Run full-cycle deals from first contact to signed contract • Work directly with client-side C-level stakeholders • Develop partnerships and expand the network across US and European markets • Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe • Support the growth of 5Blue Software's sales presence in US and European markets

🎯 Requirements

• English C1+ • 5+ years of experience in Business Development Management • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services • Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences • Proven outbound track record, including pipeline building, deal closing, and hitting revenue targets • Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
