📋 Description

• Create general renovation cost estimates based on predefined cost sheets • Include estimated timelines, permits, and work approvals • Work with floor plans and propose layout changes when needed • Provide estimates to brokers and clients • Assist in refining the process over time • Assist in detailed estimates if clients move forward with renovation • Work with existing remote estimator and sales team for detailed project planning

🎯 Requirements

• Construction experience: Estimating, engineering, architecture, or project planning background • Understanding of renovation projects: Familiarity with building materials, costs, and labor pricing • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret floor plans and break down renovation costs • Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with AutoCAD, estimating software, or similar tools • Ability to manipulate floor plans for proposed layouts • Language Requirements: Strong English communication skills (not necessarily native, but clear and professional)
