📋 Description

• Design, plan and oversee manual and automated testing strategies covering functional and non-functional requirements • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks • Perform meticulous manual testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs and edge cases • Find, document and track defects • Serve as the senior point of contact for quality • Lead QA engineers and analysts in testing best practices and continuous improvement • Lead client discussions on quality standards, test results and defect management • Build risk-based testing approaches, regression plans and automation coverage • Work with developers, BAs and PMs • Mentor junior QA staff • Adopt new testing tools and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and quality control • Proven expertise in manual and automated testing, with hands-on automation frameworks • Ability to design and execute test plans, test cases and regression suites for complex systems • Strong track record of identifying and documenting critical bugs and edge cases • Experience leading and mentoring QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments • Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools • Advanced knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages • Experience with version control; CI/CD and DevOps familiarity is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field • Experience in regulated industries or enterprise projects is nice to have • Performance, security or usability testing experience is nice to have
