📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to derive test scenarios • Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing across multiple platforms • Execute manual test cases and log defects with clear steps, evidence, and priority in defect tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects • Participate in review sessions for requirements, test cases, and defects • Provide accurate testing status updates and contribute to test planning and estimation • Support automation testing initiatives using Playwright and Cypress when applicable • Follow defined QA processes and standards and contribute to continuous improvement • Validate backend data using SQL queries to ensure data integrity • Perform SOAP and REST API testing using tools such as SoapUI and Postman

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant IT Engineering • ISQTB Certifications are preferred • 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Control testing • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) • Strong knowledge in preparing and executing manual test cases • Hands-on defect management and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) • Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation • Hands-on API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured) • Hands-on automation testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
