📋 Description

• Responsible for establishing and expanding financial, production, and sales controlling • Managing liquidity • Preparing and further developing financial controlling processes • Establishing and continuously monitoring liquidity management • Introducing and establishing production controlling • Introducing and establishing sales controlling • Reviewing the monthly accounting in collaboration with the accounting team • Preparing plans and forecasts • Establishing and preparing monthly internal controlling reports • Preparing monthly financial reporting for the Management Board • Supporting the Group's consolidation entries in collaboration with the CFO • Working closely with the accounting team and the Group CFO

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, e.g. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, Economics, or a comparable field • Relevant professional experience in financial controlling, ideally in a comparable position • In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) required • Knowledge of IFRS is desirable • Experience supporting consolidation entries at Group level • Confident use of controlling tools, including planning, forecasting, and reporting • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent approach to work • Proficiency in LucaNet required • Very strong Microsoft Excel skills required • Basic English skills, particularly in finance-related terminology • Strong communication skills when working with the Management Board, CFO, and accounting team
