• Drive service sales processes and generate service sales opportunities. • Secure profitable sales within the designated areas. • Focus on Installed Base (IB) of Motion products. • Promote various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions. • Understand the channel strategy and establish related prices. • Prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plans when needed. • Execute workshop orders and contribute to customer satisfaction. • Conduct service activities onsite, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of drives. • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting service activities.
• Sound knowledge of industrial automation products and systems – drives, motors, PLCs and Instrumentation. • Experience in sales of industrial products and services will be a plus but is not mandatory. • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships. • A collaborative, solution-focused approach. • Strong written and spoken communication skills. • Good level of English, both written and spoken. • Bulgarian knowledge is a must. • Electrical, mechanical or automation engineer. • Ability to work with time constrains and willing to travel. • Experienced driver with clean driving license.
