📋 Description
• 每周保证4.5天正常拜访，每天完成不少于12人的面对面有效拜访 • 正确覆盖并按要求拜访A、B级客户 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 每月初根据公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算和市场情况预申请市场活动费用，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交费用报告 • 根据市场部产品策略和区域情况制定产品发展计划，重点推进新产品 • 每周例会进行产品知识讲解并定期考试 • 在实地运用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率 • 管理报表
🎯 Requirements
• 每天必须保证在区域内进行8小时的有效拜访工作 • 每周应保证4.5天的正常拜访时间 • 每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于12人 • 保持公司及客户在早8:00至晚22:00之前可以完全联系，规定时间内保持手机开机状态 • 遵守法律法规、商业行为规范以及公司的各项政策
