📋 Description
• 负责公司产品在目标区域内的学术推广，并达成既定工作目标 • 与医疗卫生专业人士建立常态化学术沟通渠道 • 开展持续、规范的医学和产品信息交流 • 完成公司规定的各类报表 • 根据公司合规指引收集市场动态和产品相关洞察信息 • 遵守公司的道德行为规范（OEC）政策并执行市场计划 • 及时上报与公司产品相关的药品不良事件，必要时配合PV收集信息 • 遵守适用法律法规、行业规范及公司政策，践行公司价值观和诚信合规原则
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业 • 两年或以上皮科或消化领域、生物制剂或特药等医药行业工作经验 • 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑 • 出色的学术专业能力以及较强的判断能力 • 良好的沟通和语言表达能力 • 热爱本职工作，负有责任心，能承受工作压力 • 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神
