📋 Description
• 每周进行4.5天正常客户拜访，确保A、B级客户覆盖率和拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 每月初依据公司指标规划负责区域，并每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算提出市场活动费用预申请，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交费用 • 依据市场部产品策略和区域情况制定产品发育计划及重点产品发育计划，特别是新产品发育 • 参加每周产品知识讲解并定期考试 • 在实地运用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率 • 负责报表管理
🎯 Requirements
• 每周保证4.5天的正常拜访时间 • 每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于12人 • 每天在负责区域内保证8小时有效拜访工作 • 早8:00至晚22:00前保持手机开机，确保公司及客户可以联系 • 定期参加产品知识考试，考试成绩作为绩效评估依据 • 能够在实地有效使用所学业务技巧 • 能够进行医院客户覆盖、区域规划、产品推广、财务及报表管理
