📋 Description

• Train customers, particularly cardiologists and cardiac catheterization laboratory staff, on complex medical products • Train, certify, and document customer use of the Diamondback atherectomy system and the Ultreon OCT imaging system • Provide on-site support during hospital interventions • Conduct continuing education events and product-related projects • Handle complaints • Report on training activities, projects, and market developments • Work across the DACH region within the Vascular division of Abbott Medical GmbH • Work from a home office, with on-site assignments and regular travel

🎯 Requirements

• Nursing qualification, medical technical assistant (MTA) qualification, or comparable training • Experience working with medical technology products gained in a hospital setting, ideally in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or interventional radiology • Ability to explain difficult and complex concepts clearly and understandably • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus • Experience planning and conducting continuing education events • Strong presentation skills • Knowledge of the design and interpretation of clinical studies is an advantage • Good IT skills • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
