📋 Description
• 每周保证4.5天正常拜访时间，每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于12人 • 正确覆盖并按频率拜访A、B级客户 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员和重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会 • 每月根据公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 规划并管理负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息，拓展区域业务 • 根据预算提出市场活动费用预申请，获批后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交DM • 根据市场策略制定产品及重点产品发育计划，尤其关注新产品 • 每周例会进行产品知识讲解并参加定期考试 • 在实地工作中使用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率 • 每天在区域内保证8小时有效拜访工作，并在8:00至22:00保持手机开机以便公司及客户联系 • 负责报表管理
🎯 Requirements
• 2年及以上医药行业工作经验 • 1年及以上医药产品推广经验 • 具备基本的英文听说读写能力 • 熟练使用 office 软件，会使用网络浏览器浏览网页 • 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务 • RDPAC 证书
