📋 Description
• 日常拜访：每周保证4.5天正常拜访时间，每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于12人，并保证对A、B级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率 • VIP拜访：每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 每月初根据公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息，拓展区域业务 • 根据预算和市场情况预申请市场活动费用，经地区经理批准后支出，并在费用发生3周内提交DM • 根据市场部产品策略及区域情况，制定产品发展计划，重点推进新产品 • 每周例会进行产品知识讲解并定期组织考试 • 在实地有效使用业务技巧，提高拜访效率 • 每天在区域内进行8小时有效拜访工作，并在8:00至22:00保持手机开机以确保公司及客户联系 • 报表管理
🎯 Requirements
• 2年及以上医药行业工作经验 • 1年及以上医药产品推广经验 • 具备基本的英文听说读写能力 • 熟练使用 office 软件，会使用网络浏览器浏览网页 • 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务 • RDPAC 证书
