📋 Description

• Support the implementation of account plans in the private market • Reduce barriers and maximize patient access opportunities while upholding ethics, scientific standards, and results • Collaborate with medical specialists by supporting visits and relationship-building activities alongside experienced professionals • Participate in developing strategies that connect physicians, public-sector managers, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Support multidisciplinary teams and align activities across Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs • Monitor and report key performance indicators • Analyze data and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business administration, or related field • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in demand generation, relationship management with physicians, accounts, or healthcare system stakeholders • Interest in developing expertise in market access, the private market, and stakeholder management • Work with energy, ethics, and purpose, always maintaining a patient-centric focus • Take ownership of problem-solving while assessing business impact • Proactive, organized profile with strong relationship-building and influencing skills • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams • Proactive in seeking solutions and contributing innovative ideas • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel throughout the states of Minas Gerais, the Federal District, Goiás, and Pará; based in Belo Horizonte • Preferred: Experience in Neurology and/or Ophthalmology • Preferred: Experience in Market Access • Preferred: Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals
