📋 Description

• Non-promotional scientific exchange with medical experts • Building long-term scientific relationships with hospitals, centers, and networks • Analyzing the regional treatment landscape and identifying scientific questions and medical needs • Establishing priorities for territory planning • Gathering, scientifically evaluating, and systematically communicating Medical and Field Insights to inform medical strategy • Supporting the launch of innovative treatment options from a medical-scientific perspective • Initiating and managing medical-scientific projects • Supporting studies, research activities, and collaboration with selected centers • Planning medical education activities, scientific presentations, advisory boards, and other scientific exchange formats • Representing AbbVie at medical congresses • Working closely with Medical colleagues and relevant in-field functions • Maintaining medical independence and complying with all applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in medicine or a natural science • PhD preferred • Ideally, professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in Medical Affairs as a Medical Science Liaison • Scientific knowledge of oncology, hemato-oncology, or solid tumors preferred • Ability to critically evaluate complex clinical data and communicate it clearly • Experience implementing scientific projects • Confident communication in clinical, scientific, and cross-functional environments • Fluent communication skills in German and English • Willingness to travel • Independent, structured, and strategic approach to work
